1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between baji36 ("Company", "we", "us") and any user of the baji36 platform ("you", "member").

By using the baji36 website, mobile application or any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

baji36 is an online betting and casino platform that provides various entertainment services to users in Bangladesh, including cricket betting, slots, live casino and fishing games. These terms apply to all services.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Each person may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts will result in the immediate cancellation of all associated accounts, and any accumulated bonuses or winnings will be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. baji36 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it is proven that the loss was caused by our negligence.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Bonus example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and can start playing with a total of ৳2,200.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own wagering requirements.
• One welcome bonus applies per account.
• Wagering must be completed within the specified time limit after the bonus is received.
• Free bet bonuses cannot be converted to cash; only winnings from them may be withdrawn.
• baji36 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

Regular members can join the baji36 VIP program. The VIP tiers are: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%, Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%, and Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%. Progression to each tier depends on the consistency and volume of your gameplay.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at baji36: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for any method.

• All deposit transactions must be made from an account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, your balance is generally updated instantly.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until identity verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. You must have sufficient balance in your account at the time of placing a bet.

• Each event or game may have its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• baji36 reserves the right to cancel any bet placed incorrectly due to a system error.
• In the event of a service disruption, baji36's decision regarding pending bets is final.

6.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports, please keep the following in mind:

• If an event is cancelled, the original stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, settlement will be based on the shortened result.
• Odds changes during live betting are normal and do not apply to bets that have already been accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji36 platform:

• Using fraudulent tools or software.
• Artificially farming bonuses or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Participating in match fixing or score manipulation.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

8 Limitation of Liability

baji36 bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's device.
• Delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.
• Losses due to service interruption during unplanned technical maintenance.
• Account details being disclosed due to the user's own negligence.
